Organizer<\/strong> The organizer of the prize game is LEGIT d.o.o., Brn\u010di\u010deva ulica 13, 1231 Ljubljana-\u010crnu\u010de, which operates the prevoz.org platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Duration<\/strong> The prize game runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 until 23:59. Bookings made within this period are taken into account, whereby users automatically enter the prize game, which they may, in the event of being drawn, either accept or decline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Conditions of Participation<\/strong> Natural persons with permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia, over 18 years of age, who hold a valid user account on the prevoz.org platform may participate in the prize game. Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members may not participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Method of Participation<\/strong> A participant enters the prize game automatically if, during the period of the prize game (July 2026), they complete at least one (1) valid transport booking via the prevoz.org platform. A valid booking is a successful booking that has not been cancelled by the participant. A greater number of completed bookings means a greater chance of being drawn (each booking = one entry in the draw).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Prize<\/strong> One (1) prize will be awarded: a UVI Energetic chair. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and is non-transferable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Draw and Notification of the Winner<\/strong> The draw will take place on 5 July 2026 at the organizer&#8217;s registered office, by random selection among all valid entries. The winner will be notified by e-mail at the address associated with their user account within 5 days of the draw and must provide the details for collecting the prize within 8 days. If the winner does not respond or does not meet the conditions, they forfeit the right to the prize, and the organizer may draw a new winner. The organizer will publish the winner&#8217;s first name and the first letter of their surname on the prevoz.org platform or on its associated social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Tax Obligations<\/strong> The advance income tax on the prize is calculated and paid by the organizer. Before collecting the prize, the winner must provide their first name, surname, address and tax number; without these details, the prize cannot be collected. Any other costs are borne by the winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Protection of Personal Data<\/strong> The organizer processes personal data solely for the purpose of carrying out the prize game and awarding the prize, in accordance with the GDPR and ZVOP-2. Data on bookings completed in July 2026 are used to carry out the draw. By participating in the prize game, the participant agrees that, in the event of being drawn, the organizer may publish their first name and the first letter of their surname on the prevoz.org platform and its associated social media. The winner&#8217;s data required for tax reporting are retained in accordance with statutory deadlines; the remaining data of participants are deleted after the conclusion of the prize game. The participant has the right to access, rectify and erase their data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Final Provisions<\/strong> The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms or to terminate the prize game in the event of force majeure. By completing a booking during the period of the prize game, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
