We have designated a special location for the VNL Volleyball Tournament: Stožice / VNL Volleyball Tournament. If you are using car sharing and have 4 or more people in the car, you can park in the parking garage! Easily fill the remaining spots with the help of Prevoz.org. From 18. To 23. In June, Ljubljana will be all about volleyball. The volleyball tournament will take place in Stožice, so traffic arrangements in the area will be changed. In order to keep traffic flowing as smoothly as possible and to minimise the impact on the environment, visitors will be offered a variety of access options to the Stožice:
- If you are accessing Stožice in a vehicle with at least four passengers, you will also be able to park at Stožice entrances 1 and 5, where 700 spaces will be available until full. - On foot: For those who live nearby, this will certainly be the fastest and healthiest option. -> Check out the call from our volleyball players.
- BicikeLJ system: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To rent a bike, register on the BicikeLJ website or app. An annual subscription for unlimited rentals costs €3. There are 200 bike racks available in front of the Stožice Arena. -> Slovenian volleyball players also use BicikeLJ
- Free LPP bus: ticket holders will be offered free LPP bus No. 20 (Fužine-Nove Jarše). The bus will stop at Stožice and return from Vojkova cesta towards the city center.. -> Slovenian volleyball players also use LPP
- Parking + Bus: For visitors arriving by car, 7 parking lots will be available in the Stožice, Žale, and Bežigrad areas. The parking areas will be connected by a special circular bus line that will transport those who arrive by car and park in these areas to Stožice.
Please make sure to leave on time in your private vehicle and try to find car share partners, as access is expected to be difficult due to the high attendance (up to 10,000 visitors).
