Before contacting support, please check the frequently asked questions and answers first. Thank you!

Rides can be added and searched for through the Prevoz.org website. It is not possible to add or search for rides via email or phone support.

First, try to contact the driver. If you are unable to reach the driver, please email us your Prevoz.org username, the time, and the date of the ride.

You can add camels through your Prevoz.org profile. Log in, go to your profile, and click “Buy camels” to follow the purchase process. If you have any issues or need help, please contact us.

For companies, purchasing camels is the same as for other users. Be sure to enter your tax number to receive an invoice for your company. If you need to correct the invoice, please contact us via email and attach the received invoice.
