In May 2025, we implemented a major change and drastically revamped prevoz.org. We believe that the changes were necessary given the trend that has been emerging in recent years. The changes will also enable numerous new features and improvements that will be available in the future.
We received a large number of feedback from users regarding the changes. We are aware that during development we overlooked certain aspects and use cases. We are also aware that the transition could have been set up differently and gradually, making it easier for the older generation of users. We responded to over 1,000 emails containing praise, criticism, and most importantly – we received numerous suggestions.
Based on the suggestions, we made daily changes, additions, and reorganizations to stabilize the platform and enable travel. The update from a few days ago enabled push and email notifications for messages, so tracking messages will now be easier.
In the coming weeks and months, you can expect the following updates (✅ – marked if already available and 🔄 if in development):
Minor changes:
- ✅ Mandatory entry of phone number and name for passengers
- ✅ Messages will also display the driver’s current route for easier conversation recognition
- ✅ You will be able to leave a comment with your rating
- ✅ Passenger and driver comments will be visible alongside ratings
- ✅ We are bringing back the international transport tab (renovated)
- ✅ airport transport tab (similar to international transport)
- ✅ Email address change (does not work for Google and Apple users due to logging in via a third-party account)
- 🔄 Drivers will be able to mark the number of passengers in the back seats (2 or 3)
- ✅ Profile will receive a visual update
- 🔄 User blocking
- ✅ Display of the number of cancelled reservations
- ✅ Drivers can rate passengers who cancel a ride that has already been confirmed (the feature is a direct response to passengers who cancel rides before the ride starts)
- ✅ Improved location search (example: Venice Marco Polo (VCE) can be found here by entering Marco or just VCE)

- 🔄 Stops along the way (determining the exact stop location)
