Ratings update

If you do not have the following functions on the iOS and Android applications, please update the prevoz.org application.

You can now also leave a comment with your rating. We strongly encourage you to start using reservations as soon as possible, which will soon also be mandatory for successful transport, as this is the only way you can leave a rating ⭐.

Additionally, you can now see the current rating on the published ride and through the reservation, and by clicking on it, you can open the user’s ratings. Please note that the rating is visible when a user receives 5 or more ratings.

By clicking on the rating or the ℹ️ icon, a list of ratings related to the user opens. Additionally, you can also see the number of already cancelled reservations, which indicates whether the user cancels reservations after they have been confirmed.

In your user profile, you can check your received ratings as a driver or passenger, as well as your ratings of other users. In the menu, select which ratings you want to display. We also show your overall rating as a driver or passenger.

With this update, we want to enable easier, more comfortable, and reliable travel for passengers and drivers.

You can only leave a rating in case of a reservation, which will be mandatory in the future. Please note that with a reservation, you also protect yourself and leave a digital record that allows us as the ride-sharing platform operator, to provide help and intervene if necessary.

In the future, we will also add a user blocking function, which will further contribute to a better travel experience.
